A place for

Every kind of kid

Our kids program builds confidence, discipline, and resilience. Students learn real self-defense, develop coordination, and gain the ability to handle challenges on and off the mat.

We work with kids of all personalities and experience levels, whether they're stepping onto the mat for the first time or already thriving in a structured environment. Each child grows at their own pace, as part of a team that supports them.

On Saturdays, our Parent & Me class is designed for autistic children and children with disabilities who benefit from having a parent or caregiver on the mat with them.

Common questions.

What ages do you teach? +

The kids program serves ages 5 to 13. Ages are guidelines, not strict cutoffs: we place each child based on size, maturity, experience, comfort level, and your preference. On Wednesdays we split into Little Kids (5–8) and Kids (9–13).

Is it safe for my child? +

We keep a safe, respectful training environment where every child grows at their own pace, supported by positive motivation rather than intimidation. Talk to us about any concerns when we set up the class.

Will this make my child want to fight? +

We teach discipline, humility, and respect alongside real self-defense. Our roots are in the spirit of aloha: taking care of one another on and off the mats.

Do you have a class for kids with autism or other disabilities? +

Yes. Our Parent & Me class, Saturdays at 8:30 AM, is designed for autistic children and children with disabilities who benefit from having a parent or caregiver on the mat with them.

How much is it after the free class? +

Unlimited classes are $150/month. Military, veterans and first responders pay $135/month, and each additional family member gets $25 off.
